SUMMARY OF POSITION:
7.5k referral bonus available**
Responsible for serving as a role model, leader, consultant, collaborator, educator, and clinician for Women’s Health specialty division .
JOB DUTIES:
- Requires strong leadership, builds relationship with management and cross-teams, Front Office Staff Management, Physicians, etc.
- Collaborates with colleagues to coordinate care for patients across the continuum of care, define, implement and evaluate the patient's plan of care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates’ Degree in Nursing required. BSN required within 4 years of hire.
- Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by the State of employment.
- One (1) year of RN experience or two (2) years of LPN experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years Women’s Health RN experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to stand, walk and sit frequently.
- Able to lift/carry 0-10 lbs frequently; 11-50 lbs occasionally.
- Able to push/pull 0-20 lbs frequently; 21-75 lbs occasionally.
- Able to reach constantly.
- Able to use hands for simple/firm grasping.
