Carl Botterbusch is the chief technology officer for CorWave SA, a Paris-based company that develops innovative heart pumps.

Prior to joining CorWave in 2011, Botterbusch was an independent consultant focused on product development, program management, business development and regulatory services for clients in the medical device field. Previously, he spent more than eight years as a senior research and development executive for Arrow International prior to and following its purchase by Teleflex Medical.

In addition to serving on the board of directors of the Berks County Industrial Development Authority and as vice chairman of the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance, Firely was past chairman of the board of the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce and Industry and past president of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

A graduate of Penn State, he holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant.

Joseph Frank serves as interim regional president of both Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center and the new Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center, scheduled to open in 2022.

He provides executive-level leadership for the two hospitals in Berks and Lancaster counties, driving operations, growth and coordination across each region. He oversees the continued development of the Lancaster Medical Center, its staffing plans, recruitment of its leadership team and planning for its clinical services. He also develops and maintains strong relationships with local referring physicians in private practice.

In 2011, U.S. Senator Pat Toomey appointed Masano to the Judicial Nomination Advisory Panel for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania to review and recommend nominees for federal judgeships. She is a vice chair of the Foundation for the Reading Public Museum board of directors.

In addition to serving as the medical director for both Penn State Health St. Joseph Cancer Center and its Cancer Risk Evaluation Program, Rovito is the section chief for medical oncology at St. Joseph Medical Center. Board-certified in medical oncology and internal medicine, he also serves as an assistant professor within the Hematology/Oncology Department at Penn State Cancer Institute, Hershey, Pa.

Rovito is chairman of St. Joseph’s Medical Records Committee, vice chair of its Credentialing Committee, chairman and cancer liaison physician for its Cancer Committee, and a member of the Medical Executive Committee, Professional Affairs Committee, Safety Committee, Institutional Review Board and the Penn State Health Cancer Network Council. He also serves on the Penn State Health Protocol Review Committee.

Rovito’s professional memberships include the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Society of Hematology.
